Tips to use in the kitchen
The tip section is one I always read in all food magazines and websites. I always bookmark interesting pages or copy the links to be sure I will be able to find them later.
I like to vary what I cook. As I do not repeat the same dish that often, it happens that I may forget the right temperature, the substitution I made last time, the equivalents between US and European measures, even simple conversions.
I have shared many of the tips I loved from All Foods Natural and, now it has closed, I will do it from World Food Food & Wine. So here it is, the world of food and cooking tips, classified in cooking tips, food tips, and in both of them there are plenty of tricks to discover, motivation, which all of us need now and then, and organization. This last one is my weak point, so I try to read them often and start using one or two new ones every month.
It has taken me years to write a list every time I go food shopping because I like to do it out of the blue, or I go crazy when visiting a farmer's market. More than once I have exceeded the capacity of my freezer.I often invited friends and neighbors because I had cooked too much. Sometimes I had to do it because I needed to take pictures, but, to tell the truth, most of the times I overcook because I love to experiment. Like and A/B food test, a salad with lemon or vinegar dressing, which one will people like the most? There, I prepare one of each type, and then I need help to decide.
